OSG Welcomes Doug Marriott as Director of CRM

In this role, Doug will lead the strategy and optimization of OSG’s Salesforce.com platform, ensuring it delivers maximum value to the business while maintaining the most accurate customer data. His focus will be on enhancing CRM processes, improving data-driven decision-making, and driving efficiencies to support OSG’s sales, marketing, and operations teams.

Doug brings over a decade of experience managing Salesforce and CRM initiatives in sales, marketing, and operational environments. Prior to joining OSG, he served as Director of Technology, CRM at SurfacePix, where he successfully implemented CRM enhancements to improve sales forecasting and business growth. He has also held key leadership roles at Sunrun/Vivint Solar, where he managed large-scale Salesforce implementations and process improvements, and previously led his own CRM consulting firm, Tru North Consulting Group.
