Alan Cochran Appointed Chief Information Security Officer

OSG, a global provider of billing, payment, and marketing solutions, is proud to welcome Alan Cochran as our new Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). With his impressive background in information security and extensive experience in the information technology industry, Alan will be a valuable addition to our organization and greatly benefit our Clients.

Alan’s track record as CISO for the State of Alabama Office of Information Technology, along with his senior leadership positions at renowned organizations like BBVA Compass Bank, Global Payments Worldwide, Kaiser Permanente, and TSYS Inc., demonstrate his exceptional capabilities in overseeing the protection of enterprise networks and systems. His wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field will undoubtedly help OSG enhance its information security practices.

His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Fordham University and management training from the People Leadership Program at Synovous Leadership Academy. He is actively involved in various organizations, such as InfraGARD, the National Association of State Chief Information Officers (NASCIO), Information Systems Security Association (ISSA), and Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), which reflect his commitment to staying at the forefront of industry developments and best practices.
