Scott Koepka, Vice President Financial Services, has over 30 years of experience in Customer Communications Management with deep expertise in the credit union industry. At OSG, Scott is responsible for developing strategic solutions for the credit union industry, to help improve member experience. He assists clients with process improvements that translate to lower costs and/or increased revenue. Since joining OSG in 2003, Scott has held several leadership roles in compliance and sales management. He has extensive experience in printing, mail operations and fulfilment and a deep understanding of the credit union industry’s regulatory requirements.
