Dean brings more than 35 years of leadership experience in the print and mail industry and serves as President and CEO of OSG. With a strong customer-first mindset, he focuses on driving growth, operational excellence, and helping organizations elevate their Customer Communications Management (CCM) and Customer Experience Management (CXM) programs.
He has held executive leadership roles at companies including RR Donnelley, Cenveo, World Color, and Pharmaceutic Litho & Label Co. Outside of work, Dean values time with family and staying connected to the clients and communities OSG serves.
